Learning Outdoors at Hardwick Park

Year 1 and Year 2 pupils from St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Coundon recently enjoyed a fantastic educational visit to Hardwick Park.

The trip provided a valuable opportunity for children to learn outdoors, explore nature and take part in a range of exciting workshops.

Getting Hands-On with Nature

One of the highlights of the visit was creating their very own seed bombs to bring back to school. The activity helped the children learn more about plants and the environment while developing their creativity and practical skills.

Throughout the day, the pupils enthusiastically participated in the workshops and embraced every opportunity to explore and discover.

Fun in the Play Park

After a busy day of learning, the children enjoyed spending time in the play park with their friends, rounding off a memorable visit full of fun and adventure.

The trip was a wonderful experience for everyone involved, and the children represented St Joseph’s brilliantly throughout the day.
